June 3-7 • 8:30-11:30 AM • 3yrs-Grade 5 Gas up the all-terrain vehicle and head out on a wilderness adventure like no other. Get up close and personal with elephants and egrets, polar bears and penguins, cockatoos and crocodiles, and so much more! This summer kids will focus in on some amazing real-life encounters with Jesus and discover the most amazing truth of all— Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Son of God, and by believing we can have life in His name. Our first VBS meeting will be Sunday, March 24 following the morning service in the Fellowship Hall. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the enclosed form and turn in to the church office, place it in the offering plate or see Jennifer Powers and make every effort to attend the meeting on the 24th. Tuesday, April 2 • 7:00 PM • First Baptist Church, Martin Abby is a Pro-Life Activist and the author of UnPlanned: The Dramatic True Story of a Former Planned Parenthood Leader’s Eye-Opening Journey Across the Life Line. Ashley is an actress. In her most recent role, she portrays Abby Johnson in the film Unplanned. She is also known for her roles in Princess Cut and War Room. The fundraiser is free of charge, however, guests must have an Event Pass. To obtain an Event Pass, please see one of these event hosts: Denise Mathis, Penny Petty, Pam Tankersley or Donna Middlebrook. To reserve discounted tickets to the movie, Unplanned, at $5.50 each, sign up at the Welcome Center. The movie, Unplanned, will be shown at Cine Theater in Martin the last weekend in March. Times to be announced soon.
