Digging In 1. As you look over 1 Corinthians 14, why do you think Paul is taking such pains to describe what makes an intelligible and clear worship gathering? 2. How do 1 Corinthians 14:33 and 14:39-40 help provide guidance for what this chapter is getting at? 3. What verses or ideas stand out to you in 1 Corinthians 15? What would happen to 1 Corinthians without chapter 15? 4. Read through 1 Corinthians 15:50-58. How does the resurrection provide assurance that nothing we do for the Lord is ever in vain?

Bringing it Home 1. Why is it important that the gathering of the church is both encouraging to Christians but not alienating to non-Christians? How can a church model this? 2.
