CRITICAL INFORMATION SUMMARY EARLY WARNING SYSTEM The Early Warning System is designed to give as much notice as possible for events such as a flood, storm, bushfire or other natural disaster in your area. We will email and/or SMS you in the event notification of an extreme weather event is received for your chosen location.
INFORMATION ABOUT PRICING & BILLING There is no minimum monthly charge. The total minimum cost over the term of your plan is $110. This is paid as a one-off charge on your first invoice. Your one-off charge is billed on the 28th of the month. This is payable by direct debit on the 15th of the following month. If you elect to receive your invoices by post an additional $3.75 charge is included per month per invoice. Emailed invoices are free.
