Strength Training Sessions increases your overall strength through various types of resistance training. Endurance (Fri/ Sat or Kickboxing, Cycling, Barre) Endurance Training Sessions target ALL your metabolic zones. Rest is minimal for maximal cardiac and fat burning results. RST - 50/50 (Tuesday & Thursday PM) A combined group training session designed specifically for clients who are over the age of 50 or who have 50 or more pounds of excess body fat to lose. New & current clients that do not fit the description may
Express (Power, Strength, Endurance) These are 30 minute, high intensity, fat shredding, metabolic) versions of their full length RST counterparts. Express sessions utilize primarily kettlebells for maximum results. All Sessions are paired with 30 minutes of Rockstar Cycling. No Kickstart Program/ technique required Kickboxing Cycling Barre

Please note that some sessions are only offered to certain client types (athletes, senior, fat loss). All RockStar Training sessions as well as Express Sessions require that clients complete a Kickstart program for sufficient Movement Mechanics & Kettlebell Technique (included in all memberships or three week no obligation trial for $79) prior to attending.
