REQUIRED - I will send someone to the required Brazos County Health Department meeting or watch the assigned DVD on food handling requirements at events. I will provide a copy of my health permit to chamber staff two weeks before the event date, February 21st. REQUIRED - As a representative of ___________________________________ (Vendor’s Name), we acknowledge responsibility for any loss or damage to people or property caused by anyone we enlist to help with our booth during this event, and furthermore, we hold The Chamber of Commerce, including its’ agents, employees and event staff/volunteers, harmless concerning any liability that results from our activities or products performed or provided at this event

Did you know: Over $5,000 has been donated to the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation (TRAEF) by the BVRA and Chamber last year. The BVRA also supports local culinary educators in an effort to reach new standards in high school food-service education programs. A Taste of Aggieland: An Epicurean Extravaganza is an event put on jointly by the Chamber and BVRA.

What’s the benefit?

Exposure to 1000 people, giving back to the BVRA & restaurant educators, advertising exposure through the Chamber, meet customers face-to face, chance to try new dishes, and more!

I have more questions...

Call the Chamber at (979) 260-5200, or email [email protected]
