A Taste of Preston Park For those living with Young Onset Dementia & Carers
Friday 8th September, Preston Park Museum & Grounds between 10am – 3pm We have an exciting day of activities planned for those living with Young Onset Dementia. You will get the chance to discover more about the natural, industrial and cultural heritage of the River Tees and Stockton. The activities will include a trip to the museum, a walk around the walled garden as well as gardening activities, a wild food walk and even a cooking session at lunch time!
