Overview: This position is responsible for administrative support for the LIFEjourney Director and Next Generation Ministries (NGM).

Job Responsibilities: 



  



Perform administrative functions including scheduling, project management, ordering supplies, monthly metrics, and scheduling meetings. Oversee database administration for NGM. This includes tracking attendance for various programs and events, updating student/family information, and tracking students through the ministry. Serve as a liaison to the Accounting Department for all deposits and reporting. Train and nurture volunteers to accomplish the administrative tasks/goals of NGM. Organize registration for children’s and student events, including VBS, Extreme VBS, middle school retreat and Confirmation. Maintain an updated calendar of all events scheduled in NGM.

Hours: Full time position working 40 hours a week with ability to occasionally work longer hours. Typical working days/hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
