Responsibilities: • Ensure that accounting records are maintained in accordance with stated policies and procedures. • Ensure accounting procedures are adhered to based upon compliance policies and operating arrangements. • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining journal records, logs and reconciling accounts. • Monthly and Quarterly Financial reporting including supplementary information. • Responsible for accounts receivables, including collections and deposits. • Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness and execution including back-up support. • Ensure Event Reporting Execution, including on-site settlement and cash management • Assist independent auditors with audit engagements Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience performing professional level accounting responsibilities Bachelors degree in Accounting Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Superior communication skills allowing you to work effectively and efficiently across several departments within the company
