IMPORTANT! NEVER RE-FILL THE GEL BURNER WITH FUEL WHEN THE GEL BURNER OR FUEL CONTAINER IS LIT, HOT OR WARM. ONLY FILL WITH FUEL WHEN COMPLETELY COOL. THIS PRODUCT IS FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR PERMANENT USE. DO NOT USE THIS GEL BURNER AS AN INCINERATOR. ONLY USE THIS PRODUCT IN A WELL VENTILATED DRAUGHT FREE AREA OUTDOORS. ONLY USE GEL FUEL WITH THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT USE BIO-ETHANOL LIQUID FUEL, WHITE SPIRIT, PETROL OR CITRONELLA OIL. LIGHTING Ensure there are no flammable materials within 1m of the Gel Burner; this may include long skirts, long hair, foliage, table linens etc. Ensure that the product is placed on a suitably strong, flat, level, permanent, non-flammable surface in a well ventilated draught free environment. Remove the extinguishing tool from the top of the fuel container. Only pour as much gel fuel as required into the fuel container for a single use. DO NOT OVERFILL THE FUEL CONTAINER WITH FUEL. Fill to a level no higher than 2cm below top rim. Half a fuel container of gel fuel will burn for approximately 1 hour. DO NOT spill any of the gel fuel as spillages may lead to unwanted fires, property damage, serious personal injury or death. Clear up any spillages using a damp cloth to thoroughly cleanse the affected area. Follow by using a dry cloth to remove any remaining residue. DO NOT use any chemicals to clean up spillages or to clean the Gel Burner. Only use lukewarm water and a soft cloth to clean the Gel Burner. DO NOT add more gel fuel until the flame has been properly extinguished and the entire unit is completely cool. This is important. DO NOT use petrol, white spirit or any other fuel except for gel fuel. DO NOT use Bio-ethanol Liquid fuel or citronella oil. To light the gel fuel use a long lighter or match at arms length. It is recommended that you use heat resistant gloves when lighting the unit. Once alight DO NOT move or handle the Gel Burner as it will be hot. DO NOT place anything on top of the Gel Burner once lit. DO NOT touch the flame. When cool periodically check that no fuel has spilled inside the stone bowl. If fuel has spilled into the stone bowl, clean the fuel thoroughly from the bowl prior to use. The stainless steel snuffer should be kept close to the unit when alight, to be used to extinguish the unit in an emergency.

Care and safe use guidelines EXTINGUISHING To extinguish the Gel Burner either allow all gel fuel to burn completely so there is no residue remaining in the fuel container or carefully, at arms length; place the stainless steel snuffer onto the top of the fuel container. Even if the gel fuel is fully used the stainless steel snuffer must be placed on top of the fuel container. It is recommended that heat resistant gloves are used when handling any part of the unit. Leave the stainless steel snuffer on the top of the fuel container until it is completely cool and the flame is totally extinguished. This may take up to 40 minutes depending on the weather conditions. If the flame is not extinguished after following the above, repeat the above procedure until the flame is extinguished. DO NOT douse the Gel Burner with water even in an emergency. In an emergency place the stainless steel snuffer straight on top of the fuel container. Leave the unit until the flame has completely extinguished. DO NOT handle or return to the unit until the flame has completely extinguished. Once the entire unit has completely cooled, if there is no damage to the unit, it is possible to re-light the Gel Burner by following the 'Lighting Instructions' as detailed above.

WARNINGS - CAUTION! * DO NOT fill or pour gel fuel directly onto a lit or open flame. * This product is intended FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY. * This product is NOT for permanent use. * You MUST use this product in a well ventilated draught free outdoor environment. * NEVER leave a burning fire unattended. * DO NOT overfill the fuel container with fuel. * NEVER re-fill the fuel container with fuel when in use, lit, hot or still warm. * DO NOT ignite if it is still warm. * DO NOT place anything on top of the Gel Burner once lit. * DO NOT touch the flame. * Only use the stainless steel snuffer to extinguish the flame. * FIRE HAZARD - Hot liquid; DO NOT knock the Gel Burner as the hot gel fuel will run out. * DO NOT use petrol, white spirit, lighter fluid, alcohol, citronella oil or other similar chemicals to light a fire as this will damage the unit and may cause property damage, serious personal injury or death. * This product is ONLY suitable for use with gel fuel. DO NOT use Bio-ethanol Liquid fuel, Petrol, White Spirit or Citronella oil. * DO NOT use this Gel Burner on anything other than a flat, level, permanent, stable non-flammable surface. * DO NOT use this Gel Burner as a furnace. * Ensure that the Gel Burner is positioned at least 1m away from flammable items. * DO NOT handle or move the Gel Burner whilst alight as it will be hot. * Hot surfaces, handle with caution. * Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the Gel Burner when in use. * DO NOT leave children or pets unattended with the Gel Burner. * Always inspect the unit prior to use for fatigue and damage and replace as and when necessary. * This product is NOT intended for cooking or heating food. * The design and construction of this product must NOT be altered in any way. * NO replacement parts are available for this product. DO NOT use any replacement parts from any other manufacturer. * CHOKE HAZARD - Keep the decorative pebbles out of the reach of young children and pets

STORAGE When not in use, ensure that there is no fuel remaining in the fuel container. Place the stainless steel snuffer on top of the fuel container. To clean the fuel container use luke warm water and a soft cloth. For more stubborn marks use steel wool. Please note that steel wool will scratch the fuel container. Place the entire unit in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children. Take special care when storing the gel fuel. For suitable fuel storage please follow the directions for use and storage on the gel fuel packaging.

ASSEMBLY STEP 1 - Remove parts from carton and check against parts list. STEP 2 - Place the base (3) outside on a suitably strong, flat, level, permanent, non-flammable surface in a well ventilated draught free environment STEP 3 - Insert fuel container (1) into the centre of the base. STEP 4 - Arrange the decorative pebbles (2) around the outside of the fuel container. STEP 5 - Place stainless steel snuffer (4) on top of the fuel container . Your gel burner is now ready to use. Please ensure you follow the directions for lighting and extinguishing your gel burner.
