Anne-Laure Héritier founded Capital Emergence s.a. in 2009 after working 15 years in the Trust Industry as Trustee, Assets Planning Advisor and Managing Director of all types of companies, foundations and complex structures. Specialized in questions of corporate governance and organizational efficiency, she helps Board of Directors to implement their decisions and improve their performance. After experiencing a Swiss industrial start-up, she launched a “Business Plan service” to serve companies and manufactures in their needs of strategic valuation and marketing presentation answering investors’ expectations. Born to be an entrepreneur she is dynamic, efficient and result oriented. She puts all her energy and corporate expertise to manage your projects. Based in Geneva, Anne-Laure shares her time between Asia, Europe and Latin America. Of Swiss nationality, she speaks French, English and Spanish.

Philippe Zwahlen, Founder and Managing Director SST CONSULTING LTD

Philippe Zwahlen is a lifelong entrepreneur who has spent the last two decades living and working in Asia, primarily in China. Philippe’s most recent achievement is the creation is SST, a consulting company providing quality, insightful investment and gateway business services. SST operates with a unique emphasis on bringing together complementary business partners, both domestic and transnational, for mutual benefit. Prior to SST, he was founder, owner and managing director of sim, a consulting company providing top-level management counseling services. In his role at sim, he successfully oversaw the consultancy as it served assist foreign and domestic companies with optimizing their top management and executing their market entry into China and the larger Asia region. Of Swiss nationality he speaks French, English, and Chinese.
