CTS SANCTUARY CLASS with prayer, praise,  singing, and Bible Study with Pastor Randy.   “A Clash of Kingdoms” by Ray Vander Laan is  a 5 week study which will challenge us to  proclaim God’s name in all the earth in the  midst of false  gospels, just as Paul did to the  Greeks. Lesson 3: “The Powers of Darkness.”    Van: Kevin Pitman (423) 725‐4296

FEBRUARY 4 ( NEXT Sunday)   FORGE CONNECT is a new “next level”    ministry for connec ng guests, members,    & regular a endees to The Forge.  They    will be easy to see in their “how can I serve” shirts &    will be located near the Forge Connect Booths on each    level. They will serve & assist with informa on, direc ons    prayer requests, event registra on & payment, special    announcements, volunteers, benevolence, and much    more.  You will find the team in blue & ready to assist you.   

FEBRUARY 10 (Saturday) A.C.T. VALENTINE SWEETHEART DINNER reserva ons    can be made by filling out card in lobby.  Balloons,      flowers, & chocolates can be sent to your sweetheart for    an addi onal cost.  Proceeds to ACT 2018 Mission Team.   

FEBRUARY 21 or 25 (Wednesday or Sunday) PRAISE CHOIR WORKSHOP for VF members wan ng to    join the Praise Choir  (7:00pm in Room 107).  Also offered    Sunday, February 25 (5:00pm in Room 107).  Sign up on    tear off.  See Megan Harsh or Gina Johnson.     MARCH 3 — 4 (Saturday — Sunday) VF COUPLES MARRIAGE RETREAT at  Bluff    Mountain Cabins & Condos in Gatlinburg.     “Revive Us” costs $200 per couple which    includes food & lodging.  Sign‐up on tear    off.  See  David & Heather Odom.

MARCH 17 (Saturday)    PRAISE CHOIR APPRECIATION DINNER for current and    new choir members in YRC at  6:00pm.

COMING UPNEWS & OPPORTUNITIES…    

  EMMALINE RUSSELL was introduced last Sunday,    January 21, at her first Church Service with her    family.   

The COOKING GROUP of Donna Williams served the Verl Blackwell family (father of Judy Lipford) this week.   

HELP WANTED in Sound Booth. Volunteers will help with  worship services and choir prac ces.  If you have previous  experience in opera ng sound equipment or would like to  par cipate in training for this ministry, visit the sound  booth. See Gina Johnson.    

CPR TRAINING for all Child Care Volunteers will be offered  each Wednesday in February room 116 from 6:30—8:00pm.   Sign up online or @ tear off & circle date. See Gina Johnson.    

YOUTH CHOIR prac ces each Wednesday at 6:30pm and  before each 4th Sunday Youth Night at 5:00pm in the YRC.    We will learn new songs each week so make sure to a end  all prac ces.  All 3rd — 8th graders are welcome!
