Verduyn Tarps Credit Application and Agreement

Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions: This is your agreement with Verduyn Tarps Inc. in connection with approval of your credit application. The agreement covers payment for goods and services that we may offer you from time to time. Information

Verduyn Tarps Inc. uses Equifax and Dunn and Bradstreet to obtain credit and risk information on customers applying for credit. We also disclose a monthly credit account status report to these services. Financial credit and risk information may also be obtained from other sources, including the references supplied by the applicant.

Credit

Orders/Sales will be made on a cash basis until a signed credit application is on file with Verduyn Tarps Inc. and credit has been established.

Terms

Once credit has been established, you will receive a letter stating your repayment terms and credit limit: Repayment: You agree to pay all amounts owed to us plus any finance charges and any other charges and fees according to the terms of this agreement. Billing: We will send you an invoice immediately following your receipt of our goods and services rendered. Invoices not paid within the given terms may result in your account being placed on credit hold status. A 2% per month (26.82% per year) fee will be charged for each month the account is past due. Accounts 90 days past due must file a new credit application before the account is reinstated. Monthly Statement: If you have a balance, we will send you a monthly statement. You must make payments to Verduyn Tarps at the following address: 398 Kenora Ave., Hamilton ON L8E 2W2. Cheque Processing Fees: If you pay with a cheque and it is returned to us by your bank for any reason, we will charge you a fee of $30.00 per return to cover our processing costs. Default/Collection Cost: You will be in default if you do not pay your total due on time or if you file bankruptcy. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by the parties will be resolved in court. If we have to refer collections of your account to a lawyer or collection agency, you will pay all collection fees plus court costs or whatever other fees are awarded by the court. Irregular Payments: We may accept late payment or partial payments without losing any of our rights under this Agreement. Limitation/Amendment: We may limit your credit, cancel your account or (by giving you notice) change this Agreement at any time, including finance charges and annual percentage rate. Deposits: Special order items may require up to a 50% deposit. Such items will not be accepted for return except in cases of obvious quality deficiency. Eagle Systems: All new Eagle retractable systems are C.O.D. regardless of the amount of the credit limit given.
