*Fully online students will have funds divided proportionately to include the Summer academic term.
GUIDELINES The Church Scholarship form should be received by AUGUST 1 in order to participate in a matching scholarship. For students enrolling in the spring semester, the Church Scholarship form should be received by NOVEMBER 1. Mail this form to the address at the bottom of the form. Checks for the Church Scholarship should be received by OCTOBER 1 for the fall semester, or NOVEMBER 30 for the spring semester. Clearly indicate on the check if the funds are for only one semester or if they are for the fall and spring semesters. It would be helpful to send a copy of the completed form when you submit the check. Please make checks payable to SOUTHERN WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY.
