Working in a team of three, the Clinical Placement Coordinator/Logistics is responsible for the administration and coordination of students undertaking clinical placement in Victoria and Queensland in all nursing and community services courses.

Areas of accountability and responsibility will be, but not limited to...  Managing the coordination of clinical placements  Course mapping of students involving prerequisite unit completion and clinical hours verification  Ensure the currency and compliance of students and facilitators  Respond to student clinical placement issues, competency expectations and at risk students  Orientation and recruitment of new facilitators at varied sites with the Clinical Senior Educator

The person we ideally seek will have the following  Prior experience in student allocations within the Diploma of Nursing  Exposure to a student or education database - Moodle experience advantageous  Relevant tertiary qualifications in Bachelor of Nursing  Current AHPRA registration and drivers licence  Sound MS Office skills in Word, Excel & Outlook  Previously worked in an autonomous deadline driven environment  Excellent customer service with high articulation and ability to build rapport
