Cloud Transformation Overview Enterprise Maps provides the capability to manage the cloud transformation process for applications. It is focused primarily on the transition from a dedicated hardware to a cloud service. EM cloud transformation process identifies the most suitable applications and helps them register them in HP CSA/CODAR. Business owners can continuously evaluate the actual Cloud transformation progress to ensure that the IT infrastructure capabilities and cloud providers are optimally utilized to meet the Cloud transformation goals. EM consolidates information about the existing application portfolio using data from tools like UCMDB, PPM, APM or spreadsheets. For selected applications, Enterprise Maps sends out surveys to the appropriate stakeholders. Based on the information collected, HPE EM calculates scores showing suitability of the applications from business, technical and financial point of view and estimates costs of deployments. The results are visualized using set of predefined reports.
