Good Things about the HPLN: • It’s a thriving community already, customers need the HPLN • Allows Information Sharing among customers • Allows Information Sharing between customers and HP • Anchor for community via content and discussion repository • Infrastructure for multiple communities/solutions • Allows license-based access to Content • Not an access maintenance nightmare – access is inherited from license entitlement − 20
for example, access to the UCMDB community is automatic if you have UD or DDM community access, but not the other way around.
