I- SCOPE OF WORK 1- To furnish, program, install and test six (6) new Telex IP consoles, wherein one (1) Telex IP console will be installed at the Disaster Staging Facility (DSF), 10430 Slusher Drive, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 and one (1) Telex IP console will be installed in the Mobile Departmental Operations Center (MDOC), 104030 Slusher Drive, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 and four (4) Telex IP consoles will be installed at the Medical Alert Center (MAC) 10100 Pioneer Bolulevard, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. 2- To upgrade, program and test THIRTEEN (13) existing Telex IP-223 equipment located at Microwave site, 1318 Eastern Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90063. 3- Perform an end-to-end system tests for all SIX furnished IP console equipment and all THIRTEEN IP223 equipment. 4- Provide as-built documentation of IP console and IP223 features and parameters. 5- Provide backup copies of software, firmware and equipment personalities for both IP console and IP-223 equipment.
