1.Specifications for one Bruker Alpha FT-IR baser spectrometer or equal. Fourrier Trans Infra Red Base spectrometer must have a spectral resolution better than 2cm-1. Spectral range must be 375-7500 cm-1 wavenumbers. Must be able to provide accurate identification of chemical weapons, explosives, toxic industrial chemicals and narcotics with included libraries. Must ba able to quickly attach sampling modes (must have Quicksnap sampling modes or equal) -RockSolid interferometer (or Equal) with gold mirrors, high throughput and permanenet alignment. Automated instrument tests with integrated polystyrene standard -Detector:DTGS -Source: SiC globar, exchange by user -sealed and desiccated optic, desiccant reclaimable. -PerformanceGuard: continuos monitoring of all spectrometer componenets, performance and humidity -Opus/Mentor Spectroscopy software -Desiccant -Set of tools System shall no larger than 22 cm x 30 cm including sampling module. 2.
