6. Use current “County” wireless provider to connect to the new HSPA/HSPA+ cellular overlay. Activate upgraded vehicles with HSPA and lock the GX440 modems to 3G networks only. 7. During the transition period operate both in the new data network (HSPA, HSPA+) for vehicles that have transitioned in parallel with the existing GPRS for vehicles waiting for transition. 8. REQUIREMENTS

All removal and installation will be held at: Los Angeles County Health Services Admin. 5555 Ferguson Avenue Commerce, CA 90022 Vendor performing removal and installation must be certified to complete job. Verification of certification will need to be provided. Vendor will remove existing mobile data terminal (MDT), modem and all supporting cabling, antennas and mounting devices on vehicles and install the new mobile data computer (MDC), modem and supporting antennas, cabling and mounting devices in a maximum quantity of two (2) vehicles per day until completion. Vendor to complete all work on or before June 2014 Work hours: 9am to 5pm from Monday-Friday (excluding vendor recognized holidays). Written authorization must be obtained from Ambulance Service Management prior to work done outside of the established work hours. SALVAGE: Vendor will deliver to EMS-IT all the existing MDT devices, displays, modems and antennas removed from each vehicle for salvage.

TRAINING: 24 hours of on-site training on hardware deployment, connectivity, usage, support and maintenance. Training will be for three (3) IT staff users.

WARRANTY: 5 year warranty on Video, Power and USB Cables
