Reversed logo

The logo is the main element of the Bold Vision Big Impact identity. It symbolizes what we stand for as a municipality. It is strategic and powerful, while still staying in the City of Coppell brand. To protect its integrity, it should never be changed, altered, skewed, or distorted.

CLEAR SPACE REQUIRMENTS A “clear space” should surround the logo. The clear space is an open area in which no other graphic elements may exist.

X X

A minimum clear space equal to X should always surround the elements of the logo.

X

branding guidelines MINIMUM REPRODUCTION SIZE The minimum allowable size is based on the height of the logo, and is not to go below 1 inch.

When used in vertical format, be sure to give plenty of space around the logo and always keeping it in the top left corner.

The Bold Vision Big Impact logo should always be accompanied with a white rule around the image. The thickness of the rule should approximate the thickness of the “I” in VISION.The logo should always remain in the top left of the frame, and should align with the rule around the image. If necessary, a slight outer glow can produce a subtle shadow to help the white stand out.

TAGLINES

When selecting a tagline, limit it to one descriptive word and keep it in the Wisdom Script font.

Preferred logo placement is on the top left of the image, but if necessary can also be placed on the right side of the image. This should only be used if the placement on the left will not work.

SECONDARY LOGO TREATMENTS

COPPELL COPPELL P U B L I C LEISURE & S A F E T Y RECREATION The same treatment can be used for other Coppell departments/special groups as shown above using the logo font Duke.

It should not feel cramped and the image underneath should be visible. Questions? Please contact April Reiling, 972-304-7065, [email protected]
