Department of Finance and Information Services Division of Purchasing April 2015 INVITATION TO BID This is a formal solicitation of bids which will be reviewed to determine that the functional requirements of the City are met. The City shall be the sole judge as to which bid constitutes the "lowest and or most responsible bid." Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Purchasing Department. REQUIREMENTS: Bids must be received no later than 11 :00 AM, Tuesday, May 5, 2015 by the Purchasing Department, 10000 Centennial Parkway, Room 330, Sandy, UT 84070. Bids should reflect the best and most competitive offers. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the face with the project title, name and address of the vendor. FAX bids will be accepted the morning of the bid only, up until 11 :00 AM and must be accompanied by a cover page with the same information as required on an envelope, directed to ERICA LANGENFASS, Purchasing Agent, 801-568-7154.
