How to find the Flightline shuttle 1.
From the baggage claim, exit through door B113 and cross the street.

You will notice a big “Taxi” sign in front. Enter the parking garage, turn left and wait in the “Shared Van” area.

Wait in the “Shared Van” area for the shuttle service called Flightline. The van looks like the one in the image to the right.
Can’t find the Flightline shuttle? •• Use the interactive link above (Step 2) for further directions on how to find the Shared Van area (follow red signs). •• If you cannot find the pick-up area or the shuttle, please call Flightline +1 800 245 2525 and press #2. •• Airport pick-up service runs on the hour from 8am until 12pm on the required day of arrival. (Pick-up times 8am / 9am / 10am / 11am / 12pm)
Lost luggage? If your luggage is lost while traveling, complete a “Lost Luggage Form” at Baggage claim in the airport. Request that your luggage, when found, be sent to Nesmith Hall, 131 Main Street, Durham, NH 03824.
