Position Details Digital Marketing Manager coordinates and executes the global Navitas e-marketing activities. He or she is key in managing the creation of best in class digital campaigns. The goal is to attract potential students from all over the world who would like to enrol at one of our 38 colleges. Based in Singapore, the Digital Marketing Manager, supported by the e-marketing team in India, manages the execution of marketing activities, testing route maps which result in increasing conversion rates to meet and exceed student enrolment targets. Marketing activities will focus predominantly on global lead generation (performance marketing, social media advertising, inbound/content marketing) and customer journey mapping (nurturing, marketing automation, webinars, etc.).

The candidate we seek will ideally have the following:

         

Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Engineering or any relevant field Experience in the tertiary education industry or experience studying abroad is a plus but not mandatory Analytical savviness. You are comfortable working with a wide spectrum of analytical tools (Eg. Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Google Optimizer, Hotjar, Marketo) Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus Understanding of customer journeys Upbeat attitude, self-driven focus and motivation, and desire to work in a results-oriented, matrixed environment. Strong ability to interpret data and transform information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations Solid time management skills demonstrated by the ability to execute on multiple projects while working on a tight deadline Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, facilitation, people and project management skills Good people skills to connect and relate with peers

Overview and Objectives of the Position:

Manage digital campaign planning and execution to meet global lead generation targets. Create and maintain strong relationships with key (marketing) stakeholders at the universities and regional sales teams Develop and execute conversion optimization strategy with a goal of creating conversion rate and revenue lift through use of a/b testing, web analytics, and UX enhancements Develop hypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for A/B and Multivariate tests Responsible for campaign monitoring, deep dive analysis and trend reporting with an integrated view of all metrics for online Identify, summarize, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization regarding Conversion Rate Optimization and Web Analytics subjects Lead regular post campaign analysis to measure marketing effectiveness through customer activity trends and deliver an actionable insights-driven customer segmentation plan with tactics for regional marketing and BU specific marketing. Bring insights from conversion tests working with stakeholders into campaign planning; work with the e-marketing team to ensure incorporation into digital assets at a future release Establish and maintain benchmark reports on platform and/or campaign performance DRIVE.

Prepare and maintain weekly monthly and quarterly program hindsight reports, as well as, adhoc deep dive analysis Optimize customer’s journey across all digital channels
