Document Standardization

To standardize your documents, please use the following guidelines: • In the header of the document ( VIEW  Header and Footer) insert logo o If your ministry has a logo, use it. o If your ministry does not have a logo, use the Grace church logo in black (available on the branding page) o Double click on logo to adjust the size. The width should be 3”. Make sure “lock aspect ratio” has a check mark. • In the footer of the document (VIEW  Header and Footer), right justify and in size 9 font, put your initials (in all capital letters) and the date in which the document was most recently updated. • In your body text, use the font type CALIBRI or ARIAL, size 11. The text color should be black. • In your heading, use the font type CALIBRI or ARIAL, size 14. The text color should be black.
