1.0 Tasks dashboard FEATURE DETAILS The Tasks tab in the Dashboard provides you with a list of everything that needs your attention, including past-due and coming-due tasks you are responsible for, tasks needing review or declined, documents needing review or declined, task lists needing review or declined, and Transaction Room closures needing review or declined. The tasks in your personal Tasks tab will be those you own, are an Assignee to, or are a Watcher of.

Selecting the Tasks tab on the Dashboard will show you a list of everything that needs your attention, including past-due and coming-due tasks.

View relevant details of the items requiring your attention, including the due date, Assignee, location, and when it was last updated.

2.0 Enhanced PDF splitting FEATURE DETAILS When working with PDFs, you now have the ability to split a single document into as many as you’d like. Previously, PDFs could only be split into five separate documents. For example, before this release, if you had a 30-page PDF, you could only break it up into five six-page documents or a combination thereof. This update allows you to break that 30-page document into 30 separate documents if you choose.

You can split a single PDF into as many separate documents as you’d like.

3.0 Search for a Transaction Room by room ID number FEATURE DETAILS In addition to searching by address, city, state, and postal code, users may now enter the specific Transaction Room ID number into the search bar to locate and access a Transaction Room.

3.0 Search for a Transaction Room by room ID number Enter the Transaction Room’s ID number into the search bar to access the room directly.

Access a Transaction Room by searching for it by its ID number. After opening a Transaction Room, its ID number is found in the top left, near the property address.

4.0 Attach a task list to a Transaction Room from the Documents tab FEATURE DETAILS Users may now attach a task list to a Transaction Room from the Documents tab. The option will appear when selecting the Actions button.

4.0 Attach a task list to a Transaction Room from the Documents tab This added ability provides another area from which you can add a task list to a Transaction Room.

Select the Actions button, then select Attach Task List.
