or other products from Turner Motorsport LLC. for the purpose of motorsports, racing, track days, or in the construction, fabrication, or build of a track-only vehicle that will never be used on a public highway. The Company listed above, and its employees and representatives, acknowledge that the purchase or installation of certain products may be in violation of Federal, State, Province, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. It will be the responsibility of the Company to inform the end user (customer, client, etc) of the non-conformity of certain parts with any and all laws and regulations. I acknowledge Turner Motorsport, LLC. has made the Company aware that certain parts are intended for racing and off-road situations and not meant to be used on a road car. I absolve Turner Motorsport, LLC. for any and all burden of responsibility in ensuring the part(s) and end use will satisfy regulations set forth by Federal, State, and/or Local governing agencies.
