The Campus Student Experience Administrator is responsible key administrative aspects of the student lifecycle, completion of data management tasks and providing prompt customer contact support to current and potential students. The role is responsible for providing student-facing assistance and support for student administration, including internal course transfers, articulation, applications for credit transfer, special circumstances applications and eligibility to graduate.

Overview and Objectives of the Position:
The Campus Student Experience Administrator is responsible key administrative aspects of the student lifecycle, completion of data management tasks and providing prompt customer contact support to current and potential students. The role is responsible for providing student-facing assistance and support for student administration, including internal course transfers, articulation, applications for credit transfer, special circumstances applications and eligibility to graduate. The role reports to the Campus Student Experience Manager and functionally is part of the wider Student Experience Team who work together to manage the life cycle of the student journey. This team takes an integrated approach to support student success and engagement through both the Spectrum of Student Success strategy and the First Point of Contact approach.

Ensures the highest standard of customer service and student experience by:
promptly and appropriately handling all student enquiries from all disciplines in line with the College First Point of Contact approach
processing applications and all course documentation accurately and in a timely manner
promptly and appropriately dealing with telephone, online, email, social media and face-to-face enquiries as required;
providing up-to-date and accurate information to candidates, students and internal staff
Contributes to the highest standard of administration support for the student life cycle:
General administration functions, including office organisation, records and files, academic course scheduling, meetings and events planning
Facilitates faculty events
Implement templates, databases and spreadsheets
Coordinating administrative processes and record keeping of credit applications and articulation agreements, special circumstances and eligibility to graduate Coordinating student evaluations in consultation with the Student Experience Manager
Undertaking administrative processes accurately and in a timely manner, in line with current policies and procedures.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and assist with the documentation of business processes
Ensuring tasks are carried out in a compliant manner and student files are maintained to ensure accuracy of information
Contributes to the retention of students by:
Contributing role in the Spectrum of Student Success Program, including care calls
Providing a customer focused admistrative role at student-focussed events including orientation, graduation, information sessions and other campus events
Contributing to the college-wide Student Experience communications strategy
