Christmas Eve 2 0 15 at Newsome High School Christmas Eve Greeter Duties   

Meet: Jim McCullagh, the greeter director, at the stadium gate at 4 PM on the 24th Dress: Regular Sunday clothes, Christmas stuff is cool Duties: Jim will assign gate greeters where to stand; 

Greet by saying: “Merry Christmas, welcome, good to see you”; some greeters will hand out prepackaged bags; some will need to greet until about 5:30 pm and 2 greeters will need to remain at the gate during the service (you will still be able to see); when everyone is leaving, there needs to be 4 greeters at the gate saying “Goodbye and Merry Christmas” and retrieve any left-overs.

Christmas Eve Parking Team Duties 

Meet: Al Monroe, the parking director, at the stadium main parking lot in front of the stadium box office at 4PM on the 24th



Pick up: Your vest, light, radio, and assignment from Al



Dress: Regular Sunday clothes, Christmas stuff is cool



Duties: 

Give a great frontline impression by saying: “Merry Christmas, welcome, good to see you”; smile and wave at everyone; direct cars down rows; direct cars into parking spaces, rotating sides; direct to handicap as needed; some parkers will need to park until about 5:30 pm; when everyone is leaving, All parkers will help direct cars out, say “Goodbye, Merry Christmas!” NOTE: Both lanes will be open for fast exit.

Christmas Eve Usher’s Duties   



Meet: John Hinton, the usher director, at the stadium bleachers at 4PM on the 24th Dress: Regular Sunday clothes, Christmas stuff is cool Duties:  Set up folding chairs on the running track if assistance is still needed; pick up folding chairs after the service; help people find a seat; help fill in the bleachers (Ask people to move over to center and outer ends of sections); take up the offering at the end of the service. Non Duties:  You will not have to hand anything out, the greeters will; you will not have to hand out the Lord’s Supper, the greeters will; you will not have to count people.
