How do I know the Bible is True? 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 We can trust the Bible is true because of the ​source​. All scripture is ​breathed​ ​out​ by God. We can trust the Bible is true because of the ​Son​. Jesus Himself saw that the rest of the scriptures were ​authoritative​. We can trust the Bible is true because of our ​salvation​ and ​sanctification​. The greatest testimony for the truthfulness of God’s word in our culture is its power to ​transform lives.
