Hollyfest Arts & Crafts Show is Here!

T

his Saturday, December 3 is the Hollyfest Arts & Crafts Show, one of the biggest events that the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce puts on every year. We are so thankful for all of you that are volunteering this year. It’s not too late to plan on showing up and lending us a hand – call the office if you would like to help out. We hope that many of you will plan on attending. If craft show going isn’t your thing - would you help us promote it by sharing about the event on your social networks or with your employees and family and friends? It’s hard to believe this will be our 34th Hollyfest Arts & Crafts Show! We cannot wait to transform the Hilliard Davidson gym and field house into the craft show of the year! We hope to see you there!

KEMBA Financial Credit Union

redit Unions, like KEMBA Financial Credit Union, are not-for-profit financial cooperatives. What does that mean to you? KEMBA doesn’t answer to stockholders. They answer to you!

Unions sometimes have a reputation for having antiquated products and services, but times have changed. KEMBA Financial can offer consumers and businesses the same products and services that you’d find at a larger, national financial institution, including convenience services like Online Banking and Mobile Banking with Virtual Check Deposit. In fact, KEMBA was just named “Best Credit Union” and “Best Business Lender” by Columbus CEO Magazine!

When you’re a Credit Union member, you own where you bank. KEMBA’s mission isn’t to turn a profit, but rather to improve the financial lives of those they have the privilege to serve. They have your best interests and the interests of your business, in mind. At KEMBA, all financial decisions are made locally. So if you work with the Credit Union, not only are you investing locally, but the decisions made affecting you or your business are made right here in Central Ohio. Because of this, KEMBA is able to look deeper than just your credit history – they look at the person behind the application.

Simply put, KEMBA is large enough to serve the individualized needs of consumers and businesses in the Hilliard Community, but small enough to know you by name when you walk through their doors. They’re truly a better way to bank!

To find out more about KEMBA Financial Credit Union, stop by their Hilliard Branch located at 5555 Renner Road.

If you’re asking yourself “Can KEMBA offer me everything I need?” The answer is yes! Credit

Kick off of In Your Shoes Featured Rock Remodeling

D

uring the month of November, Libby walked in the shoes of Rock Remodeling. If you haven’t checked out the HACC Facebook page you can see for yourself what it’s like to work for Rock Remodeling. You can even see Libby operating equipment and up on a Hilliard roof!!! We know you don’t want to miss that!

Libby wants to come and walk in your shoes – give her a call or send her an email with some possible dates of when she can come visit your location. We are excited to get to know our members more intimately and to also highlight this in your shoes time on our social media channels. It’s important to continue to provide fresh and unique content for your followers on social media. This opportunity will allow YOUR business and ours the opportunity to promote our member businesses in an interesting behind the scenes look.

When Libby walks in your shoes, she will commit to doing a Facebook Live post and other posts throughout the time that she is on site at your business. More than anything else, we are excited for the opportunity to get to know our members more and to help you connect to the Hilliard community in creative ways! Our December spots are open – if you are interested in having Libby walk in your shoes – give her a call today at 614.876.7666 or send her an email to [email protected] so we can get you on the schedule.

Member Survey Headed Your Way!

We will be sending out a survey to you in early December asking your opinion about your membership with the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce. We will be determining our programming for 2017 from the responses we receive. We can only improve our offerings to you based on your answers so please make sure that you complete the 5 minute survey when it arrives in your inbox!
