If a nominee is interested in one of these positions, she will be asked to complete a Leadership or Mentor application and if selected, her name will be submitted to the elders for approval.

Unless the group is just beginning, Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator positions are typically nominated and selected by steering.

Steering members are typically chosen for their faithful service on a team. So if you want to lead in the future, join a team!
