We are building a new place to cook, eat and meanwhile connect with our community. Sustainably.
The problem(s) → Eating out is fun … but expensive … and often unhealthy … and often not climate-friendly → Cooking at home creates challenges o Finding an appropriate recipe o Sourcing good ingredients o Finding a group to eat with → Higher per capita energy use for a small group or single person’s meal than a large group’s → 2.3 million tons food are wasted/year in Switzerland can we solve these challenges by creating a sustainable community-based eating option? We think so.

They pay a per-meal price or membership fee ← We organize weekly (in the future, biweekly and nightly) non-restaurant dinner events at community centers and eventually in our own space.
