POLICY REGARDING THE SEXUAL ABUSE OF MINORS DIOCESE OF LITTLE ROCK PLEASE NOTE: 1. All priests and deacons (diocesan, religious, and extern) should submit this form to the Office of the Vicar General, Diocese of Little Rock, P. O. Box 7565, 2500 North Tyler St., Little Rock, AR 72217 2. Religious should submit this form to their major religious superior IF the major superior resides within the confines of the Diocese of Little Rock; otherwise, to their immediate supervisor in the Diocese of Little Rock. 3. Principals, teachers, teachers’ aides, and volunteers; all those who work in parish religious programs; and all parish employees should submit this form to their pastor. 4. Diocesan employees should submit this form to the Chancellor for Administrative Affairs. 5. Seminarians should submit this form to the Vocations Office at the Diocese of Little Rock.
