Dear Parents: Welcome to Evangel’s Girls Ministries and Royal Rangers! We are so excited to see your child grow in the Lord’s love and truth of His Word. Below is information concerning our Wednesday night meetings. • Registration is required. A child can visit up to three times as a ‘Visitor’, but cannot receive curriculum, earn merits/achievements or attend an event until registered. • There is a registration (charter) fee of $35.00 per child due at registration. A $75.00 cap is applied for three or more children in a family (brothers and sisters only). • We will provide curriculum & awards for Girls Ministries and Royal Ranger members. • Provided for Girls Ministries: Vests for Rainbows (three, four and five year olds). Sashes for Daisies thru Stars (Kindergarten thru 5th Grade). They will be given one time, so we ask that they do not go home (along with binders or journals). If they go home and are lost, you will be responsible to replace. • Provided for Rangers: Vests for Ranger Kids and T-‐shirts for Discovery thru Adventure Rangers (3rd thru 8th Grade). Boys can wear them each week. They also will be given one time. If lost, you will be responsible to replace. • Club meetings start at 7:00 PM and end at 8:30 PM. Do not bring child before 6:50 PM and please be on time to pick up at 8:30 PM! • Children three years old thru 2nd Grade must be signed in/signed out by an adult (18 years or older). If you know in advance that someone other then you will pick up your child, please make the teacher aware. • Third and Fourth Graders do not need to be signed in or out, but must be picked up from class. We will not release them alone. • A ‘Calendar of Events’ is available every Wednesday night at the 2nd floor landing. • Snacks/Allergies: Class leaders will provide schedules for parents to bring snacks to share on a rotating basis. Please be sure to make us aware of severity of allergies. • Deadlines: It is our pleasure to do events, but because of our member numbers we must adhere to deadline dates. When there is a cost involved, registration for that event is not complete until paid. Sorry, no exceptions.
