Survey Methodology
Key Findings
The market trends and salary survey report is based on over 10,000 data points including salary responses, internal placement data and jobs registered with Anderson Frank in the last twelve months.
A summary of the main takeaways from the salary survey
Each response has been validated using robust statistical analysis and automated data validation rules in order to be included in the results. Any data profiles that do not pass our validation rules and statistical analysis, or that are deemed questionable, incomplete, or duplicate were removed in order to provide meaningful results. The level of seniority for permanent salaries is split into junior, medium
and senior, and is based on years of experience working with NetSuite products*. Individual salary information from survey responses is used solely for benchmarking purposes. Personal salary information will only be used in an anonymized way and is not in connection with any individual role or hiring decision. *North America only

“Anderson Frank worked hard to truly understand exactly what we needed.”
David Smooha Business Solution Partners
When we found out that Anderson Frank had launched specifically for NetSuite, we started working with them for all our NetSuite needs. They understand business systems consulting and they understand the complexities around the different types of resources needed by partners and customers in the ERP ecosystem. As a growing NetSuite solution provider, we love that we don’t have to explain to Anderson Frank what we do – they get it. We have been working in the ERP world for over 20 years. Finding a recruiting firm that specializes in our niche has made the recruiting process faster and easier. We are able to find quality team members at a much faster pace than with traditional recruiting firms, which helps our growth objectives.
I have been working with Anderson Frank for the past two years and they have been the trusted NetSuite resource for finding top NetSuite talent. As our business continues to grow it is not only crucial that our organization hire qualified professionals but also that they fit into the culture we strive to cultivate. Anderson Frank worked hard to truly understand exactly what we needed and they knew the modules and skillsets that were crucial for the position. Straight after our first call they provided vetted and experienced NetSuite candidates. Since then, we have utilized Anderson Frank on several placements for both functional & technical roles and see them as partners that will help build our NetSuite practice. Their process and professionalism continue to set them apart; I highly recommend Anderson Frank’s services to any organization who has NetSuite hiring needs.

We have hired three NetSuite consultants through Anderson Frank which has enabled us to expand our capacity without losing focus on our customers. Anderson Frank has a great recruitment and follow up system in place, managing the whole process from job posting to hire. They have been focused, engaged, and have acted as part of our team. They are genuinely concerned with finding the right fit for both the candidates and our business. We chose, and continue to choose to work with Anderson Frank because they take the time to understand the type of consulting firm we are, the type of resources we need and they work very hard to present us with the perfect NetSuite candidates.
Anderson Frank quickly learned about our business and organizational culture so that they could provide the best matched candidate in the shortest amount of time. Their resourcefulness, timeliness, and ability to select candidates that have the credentials and skills to step right into a position is incomparable. I look forward to relying on Anderson Frank as our one stop shop for NetSuite recruitment.
