SUSTAINABILITY Shaftliner™ has been manufactured using 100% recycled liner paper. Independently tested for VOC .
QUALITY ASSURANCE Shaftliner™ is manufactured in Australia. These manufacturing sites are ISO9001:2008 accredited. Certificate details are SAI Global Cert No. QEC0400. This certification dates from 1992.

DURABILITY STATEMENT
Fire
This statement is in relation to Clause B2 Durability of the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC). USG Boral Plasterboard products and systems are designed for internal use and when installed in accordance with the installation instructions detailed within the relevant Technical Installation literature they are fully compliant with the NZBC.
Shaftliner™ is a non-combustible building product. Shaftliner™ achieves a material group 1-S depending on finished coating applied (BRANZ Assessment FH4435). Shaftliner™ achieves fire resistance ratings depending on the fire rated systems application.
Acoustic Shaftliner™ may be used in an acoustic system to provide required levels of sound insulation to achieve specified acoustic ratings.

Shaftliner™ must be installed in accordance with the USG Boral Partiwall Installation Manual - NZ or USG Boral Plasterboard Installation Manual – NZ.
MAINTENANCE Shaftliner™ does not require maintenance but USG Boral recommends that a visual check of the board be undertaken as part of normal maintenance. In the event that damage is apparent to the Shaftliner™ board then it must be removed and replaced in accordance with the USG Boral Partiwall Installation Manual – NZ & the USG Boral System + Manual.
