What Is Our Purpose?
Our purpose is to provide the snack for the children each day.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are in charge of providing the snack and water each day for VBS. We need to make sure that we are on time and available during snack time when the kids arrive. - We are also in charge of providing the snacks for preschool and nursery. Teens will be assigned this responsibility.
Daily Schedule:
Our schedule is the same every day. We will come in at 8:45 and make sure all is ready for the day. It is a very smooth running area and should not be difficult at all. After the last snack is provided we will set up for the next day.
Expectations:
Please make sure you are on time every day, including set-up day. Also, please be aware that if you are comfortable, on salvation day (Thursday) they will need us to assist in helping kids have Jesus as their forever friend. We will use the flipper flappers. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Set-Up Day (June 24) Responsibilities:
Please arrive in the FLC by 12:15. We will immediately start preparing the snack for day one. With everyone’s help, it should be a very easy and quick day. Pizza will be provided for this day.
Clean-Up Responsibilities:
We will be cleaning up as we go along. We are to make sure that everything in the FLC is put back to where it should be and no snacks left on tables or floor each day.
Tips/Other Information:
Instructions will be posted on the tables each day indicating how much each child gets for their snack. This is helpful with organizing everything.
