STUDENT GUIDELINES AGREEMENT

Come with a great attitude & be ready to have a life-changing weekend! Respect and submit to your leadership at all times (Hebrews 13:17) Follow the schedule throughout the trip Electronic device use at leader discretion Respect host rules Sleep times, furniture, cleanliness, etc No leaving host home without leader permission No cell phones / electronic devices in use throughout the weekend No condescending behavior toward other students o Respect Other Student’s Property o No Pranks o No Bullying – Physically, Verbally, Emotionally • No all-nighters; sleep is important for the next day’s value • No energy drinks, alcohol, tobacco, fireworks, weapons, or illegal substances • • • • • • • • •

Guilty By Association Policy If a student is aware of rule-breaking or poor behavior by their peers and fails to: 1.) Remove themselves from said behavior, 2.) Challenge peer behavior, and/or 3.) Report peer behavior, that student may also face discipline for their inaction. (Proverbs 24:21-22, 1 Cor 15:33) These rules are for your good and the good of others involved in the trip. I have thoroughly read and completely understand each requirement of this covenant. I agree that if I fail to abide by the Code of Conduct, I can be sent home at mine or my parent/guardian’s expense and forfeit future overnight event opportunities at the discretion of the Student Ministry Staff. Being found with alcoholic beverages, drugs, weapons or partaking in any illegal activity will result in an automatic dismissal from the trip.
