Titus Groups Well, how about you sweet sister? How often does your nose burn? When your family members or loved ones do things that displease you, what is your typical response? Do you find your life in worm-eaten plants? Do you find yourself sacrificing in order that you and your family live a life of ease and comfort or are you willing to trust how God is leading and guiding your life, even if that means giving up some comforts? How would you respond if the Lord were to ask you- “Do you have good reason to be angry about----?” In 1 Peter 3:8-12 we receive further instruction on how to live--To sum up, all of you be harmonious, sympathetic, brotherly, kindhearted, and humble in spirit; 9 not returning evil for evil or insult for insult, but [e]giving a blessing instead; for you were called for the very purpose that you might inherit a blessing. 10 For, “The one who desires life, to love and see good days, Must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. “He must turn away from evil and do good; He must seek peace and pursue it. 12 “For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, And His ears attend to their prayer, But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” Close your time in prayer for yourselves and one another.
