Care and safe use guidelines WARNINGS - CAUTION! • This product is intended FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY. DO NOT USE INDOORS. • WARNING! - ALWAYS keep children and pets at a safe distance from the product when in use. • NEVER leave a burning fire unattended. • DO NOT use this product in a tent, caravan, car, cellar, loft or on a boat. • DO NOT use under any awnings, parasols or gazebos. • ATTENTION! - This product will become very hot. DO NOT move it during operation. • This product is only intended for use with the cooking grill provided. CARE & USE • Ensure that the product is positioned on stable ground above a firepit. • Ensure that the product has a minimum of 2m overhead clearance and has a minimum of 2m clearance from other surrounding items. • Ensure the model is stable prior to use. • As this model is made from steel, the surface will age and develop surface rust as soon as it is placed outside this does not affect use and is not a product fault. • For safety reasons, always inspect your product prior to use for signs of fatigue and damage, and replace your model as and when necessary. Continuing to use a damaged unit could cause personal injury or damage to property. • ALWAYS use heat resistant gloves when adjusting the height of the cooking grill. • DO NOT adjust the height of the cooking grill whilst laden with food, or when positioned over a lit fire. Set the desired grill height prior to positioning over a fire, or loading with food. • DO NOT add more than 7KGS of food to the cooking grill. Excess weight may cause damage to the product or personal injury. • The cooking grill is designed for food ONLY. • DO NOT use pots, pans, kettles or similar cooking accessories on this product. FOOD COOKING INFORMATION • ALWAYS wash your hands before and after handling uncooked meat and before eating. • ALWAYS keep raw meat away from cooked meat and other foods. • Before cooking ensure grill surfaces and tools are clean and free of old food residues. • DO NOT use the same utensils to handle cooked and uncooked foods. • Ensure all meat is cooked thoroughly before eating. • CAUTION! – eating raw or under cooked meat can cause food poisoning (e.g. bacteria strains such as E.coli). • To reduce the risk of under cooked meat cut open to ensure it is cooked all the way through. • CAUTION! – if meat has been cooked sufficiently the meat juices should be clear and there should be no traces of pink/red juice or meat colouring. • Pre-cooking larger pieces of meat and joints is recommended before finally cooking on your grill. • After cooking ALWAYS clean the grill cooking surfaces and utensils. • Clean grill with warm soapy water. Not dishwasher safe.

Prior to assembly: read the instructions carefully. Check all parts against the parts list. Carry out assembly on a soft surface to avoid scratching the paint. Please retain this information for future reference. For ease of assembly only loosely tighten bolts and then tighten fully when assembly is complete. WARNING! - DO NOT over tighten bolts; only tighten with moderate pressure to avoid damaging the bolts or components of the firepit.

Assembly Instructions IMPORTANT! - Remove any packaging before use, but retain the safety instructions and store them with this product. ASSEMBLY Step 1 – Attach the 2 x top leg sections (3a) and 1x top leg section (3b) to the top plate (5) using 3 x bolts (A). Step 2 – Attach the triangle support piece (4) to the 3 x top leg sections (3a and 3b) using 3 x bolts (B). Step 3 – Attach the 3 x middle leg sections (2) to the top leg sections (3a and 3b) by screwing anticlockwise. Step 4 – Attach the 3 x bottom leg sections (1) to the middle leg sections (2) by screwing anticlockwise. Step 5 – Attach the pulley mechanism (6) by lining this up under the hole in the top plate (5) and passing 1 x bolt (C) up through the hole and attach 1 x nut (D) at the top (see diagram) Step 6 – Feed the chain (7) up and through the pulley mechanism (6), and attach to the hook on the leg (3b). Step 7 – Attach the grill (8) to the three hooks on the chain (7). Position of grill can be adjusted by unhooking the chain and raising or lowering it as desired. The product is now ready to use but please ensure you have read these instructions thoroughly prior to use.
