Cultivating Lives for Christ Welcome Visitors, Family & Friends… We are all God’s family and we’re glad you have chosen to worship with us this morning. Greet someone around you and know that you are welcome in this place. Please join us after each service for fellowship time in the gathering space!

Our youth are going to Creation Fest later this month and they need our help with supplies. This Sunday, there will be a white board out by the elevator where you can take a slip of paper. On each slip of paper is a certain item that can be purchased in advance to support the students at Creation. The due dates for each item are listed on the slips of paper. Feel free to pick up a slip (or several), purchase the item(s), and deliver them back to the church by the due date. Thank you in advance for your assistance!!

JUNE OUTREACH FOCUS: Red Bird Mission! Red Bird Mission and Red Bird Clinic have been providing ministry in the Appalachian Mountains since 1921. Today the need remains critical in this isolated, rural, distressed area in the highlands of southeastern Kentucky. Chronic poverty, lack of jobs, poor housing and rugged mountainous terrain are obstacles to a fuller life for its residents. Red Bird strives to meet the needs through ministry in five areas: Education, Health & Wellness, Community Outreach, Economic Opportunity and Community Housing Improvement. To learn more about the many ministries of Red Bird Mission, visit their website at www.rbmission.org. Red Bird Mission is a faith ministry that relies on the donations of churches and individuals for funding its ministries and programs. The need is great and the Mission wants to be able to continue to share the love of Christ by serving the poor and needy of this region. You may use the designated envelope in your June envelope packet or use a pew envelope and mark it “RED BIRD”. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

ETOWN FAIR STAND VOLUNTEERS Many volunteers are needed to help with this important fundraiser. Starting in July, volunteer sign-up sheets will be posted each Sunday in the Gathering Space. An online sign up option will also be available. Watch the July HERALD and future issues of the WEEKLY for details!
