Eastbourne Terrace closure 10-12 January 2015 Eastbourne Terrace will be closed to vehicular traffic during the weekend of 10-12 January to allow for the removal of large construction equipment from within the new station. As with the previous closures we will close Eastbourne Terrace between Cleveland Terrace and Praed Street from 05:00 on Saturday 10 January and reopen the road by 05:00 on Monday 12 January. If possible, the road will reopen ahead of this time. The footway will remain open and vehicular access to Cleveland Terrace will continue as normal.

One of the excavators to be removed from the new station (currently sat on an area to become the platform). Buses will be diverted along Westbourne Terrace during the closure. The impact on buses will be as follows: Bus Diversions 7, 23, 27, 36, 46, 205 and N7 - Will be diverted along Westbourne Terrace in both directions 332 – Towards Brent Park, will be diverted along Westbourne Terrace Bus Stops 46 – This route will additionally serve stop M on Bishop’s Bridge Road 205 – The first and last bus stop will continue be Cleveland Terrace as normal. Buses will use Westbourne Terrace to and from the stand. Buses travelling towards Bishops Bridge Road will serve a temporary stop on Westbourne Terrace north of Craven Road.

Duration of work • Closure of Eastbourne Terrace (Cleveland Terrace to Praed Street) between 05:00 Saturday 10 January and 05:00 Monday 12 January

What to expect • Road closure between Praed Street and Cleveland Terrace • Bus diversions in place • Mobile crane lifting construction equipment out of the station and onto lorries • We will also take the opportunity to service monitoring equipment on buildings along Eastbourne Terrace • Weekend road closures will also be required for the removal of tower cranes in February and March 2015. These dates will also provided as soon as possible

What we will do • Continue to keep local residents and businesses informed • Reopen the road as soon as possible
