Angela Newell from Venture Southland will speak to Whanganui about her role with Venture Southland as a Creative Projects Manager. Angela has initiated projects such as ‘Shakespeare in the Park’, the ILT Kidzone Festival and The Southland Festival of the Arts and will be in Whanganui to tour her play Too far from Heaven on March 11th. Angela is also a trustee on boards including the ILT Board. She will be able to offer our community invaluable advice on sustaining the arts in a small community. You are welcome to bring your lunch.
