Sculptors - call for Expressions of Interest The Board of Bason Botanic Gardens in Whanganui is seeking expressions of interest for a large abstract sculpture to be positioned within the Gardens. The sculpture will be 10-12 metres in height, and formed from steel or other metal. It needs to be viewable from all sides, and will create a key vista within the Gardens. It will be in a maritime situation with high salt deposition, and needs to meet the requirements for safety and durability expected by the Wanganui District Council.
