Executive Assistant £26k - £28k (depending on qualification and experience) Full time, permanent, 40 hours per week SAE HQ, Oxford SAE is part of the Navitas Group, which is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, language training, student recruitment and workforce education. This role is responsible for delivering high level executive assistance to the General Manager, SAE UK and the Executive Leadership team, including organising events, undertaking special projects and preliminary research and initiatives. Key responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • •

Providing and facilitating executive, confidential administrative support and project management services; Actively managing the flow of correspondence and communication for the GM and Executive leadership; Managing and coordinating the GM’s schedule and appointments; Ensuring that Senior and Executive Leadership schedules are coordinated to maximise efficient and effective time management; Providing Executive office support to high level meetings/ committees, including agenda preparation, minute taking, scheduling and follow-up; Assisting with Corporate governance activities, including Office for Students, GDPR championing, and acting as Secretary to the Board of Directors; Managing and coordinating travel and accommodation requests, arrangements, authorisations and reconciliations for Executive leadership; Drafting routine correspondence and working on confidential projects, plans and reports, and preliminary research and analysis; Providing regular and timely reports on delegated matters, including superior word processing, spreadsheet, records, databases and data entry support; Assisting with the organisation and coordination of special and Corporate events; Coordinating office supplies, equipment, and provision of refreshments for the Executive Leadership team.

Essential Criteria • Experience in business administration and working at an Executive Assistant level, with highly developed organisational and planning skills; • Excellent time management, including arranging workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines; • Demonstrated positive values of integrity, confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels; • Proficient in MS Office and Google suite, with advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and document editing; • Event planning and project management experience, and ability to conduct research; • Experience of handling and managing sensitive information, knowledge and data; • Creative, adaptable, resilient and able to work under pressure; • Must have right to work in EU. Desirable Criteria • An understanding of the education sector; • Experience in working within a matrix/ international organisation.
