It was a fantastic start for our Rugby 7s teams yesterday, both teams ended day one with a 100% record topping their respective groups. The guys amassed an impressive 97 points with just five against in their two matches, James Cordy-Redden scoring four tries. The girls began with an excellent 38-0 victory over China and then saw off a decent Italy team. Both are back in action tomorrow in their final group matches. Anna Fitzpatrick went out in the quarter-finals of the Tennis yesterday. She did an amazing job reaching that stage, let us not forget that she reached the last eight in a a world-class field.
