FREEDOM OF INFORMATION POLICY

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) provides a right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities. It does not extend to private entities, and as such Theatre Royal (Norwich) Trust Limited and its subsidiary undertakings have adopted a policy of not responding to requests for such information.
