RESERVE YOUR DATE Please contact our Concierge at
[email protected] or swing by the studio to reserve your date and time. SUBMIT YOUR PLANNING AND EVENT PLANNING FORM Please email your completed planning form and signed party policies form to
[email protected] or drop by the studio. We recommend submitting at least 7 days before your scheduled event to ensure availability. Once we receive your completed and signed forms we will confirm your reservation and guarantee your appointments. CONFIRMATION Our Concierge will call you 3 days before the event to confirm party details. We will also confirm each of your guests’ appointments by email or phone. DEPOSIT Frenchies requires a $150 party or event deposit with a credit/debit card. Petite Soiree’s require a $50 deposit. This can be credited to your party service fees at time of payment or we can issue a refund. ARRIVING FOR YOUR PARTY We ask that guests arrive slightly early to enjoy some socializing and polish selection! SIPS & SNACKS As a courtesy to other guests and in the spirit of cleanliness we cannot have food on our studio floor. We are happy to allow snacks in our lounge area. PAYMENT Guests may each pay for their services on the day of the event or alternatively we can put the balance of services on the credit/debit card on file. Please note, gratuity is not included in party package pricing and we require a minimum 20%. CANCELLATIONS As a courtesy to our staff we require 7 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. Please be aware that we schedule nail specialists to accommodate your party and for that reason for events cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled time, we will charge the full service amount.
