1) The Pinellas Park Board of Trade was established in 1912. It became a Chamber of Commerce in 1915. We are one of the oldest continuously operating Chambers in the Bay Area, and our members proudly display their membership plaques to show their strong ties to the business community. 2) We maintain an active website, averaging thousands of page hits per month. Your membership includes a feature-and content-rich profile in the Chamber's searchable online directory. 3) For our member manufacturers shipping world-wide, we offer free site inspections and validation of Certificates of Origin so your wares can be certified “Made In USA.” 4) Our Visitor Welcome Center offers complimentary display space for your business cards and tri-fold brochures in the Chamber office. 5) We host a complimentary monthly Membership Breakfast with engaging speakers on current topics, and opportunities to network with local business leaders (3rd Wed. of each month, 7:30 am). 6) We offer affordable Success in Business Series workshops to keep our business leaders on the leading edge of best business practices. 7) Our 2nd and 4th Friday TampaBayNetworkers meetings highlight your product, business, or service to your Pinellas Park “associate” sales force (free, 8:30 am). 8) We schedule After Hours Mixers and other special events throughout the year (fee and free). 9) The Chamber and the City of Pinellas Park cooperate in Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Openings, and special events for local businesses. 10) Our calendar provides a number of Business/Community Sponsorship opportunities for community events throughout the year. 11) Our annual Trade Show, part of Country in the Park, draws 10,000+ visitors (March) (fee). 12) Chamber members join City administrators in an annual trip to Tallahassee each Spring to meet with legislators and discuss issues of local interest. 13) We have a Fun Shoot in April, and our “compete for bragging rights” Shoot for Success Trap Shoot in November (fee). 14) Chamber members are invited to ride on our float in the Holiday Parade (fee).
