GRACE CHURCH (McKean) GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM GREETING • Arrive at least 20 minutes before scheduled start time • Dress should be appropriate, clean and neat • Conduct must reflect a gently godly spirit to all they serve • Welcome arriving guests with a warm and friendly smile creating a great first impression • Two (2) members will be stationed at main entry to Worship Center and the Commons, one (1) at each side door of Worship Center, and two (2) outside at beginning of walkway to Worship Center and two (2) inside the Commons • Two (2) members will provide valet for parking of vehicles • Additional members welcome and assist with seating inside Worship Center • Be alert for any issues that may require attention (handicapped, earplugs in Guest Experience Room, etc.) • Close main doors at beginning of worship and continue to pass out bulletins for an additional five to ten minutes for late guests • Side door greeters stay and still pass out bulletins for ten minutes after start of worship OFFERING • Come stand in back of aisle/row a few minutes before scheduled time • Walk in unison together and bow in front as we are called to pray together • Pass each offering bag down their row, rotating every other row while observing the usher at the other end to make sure the flow is managed well • It is ok to continue to the next row when the offering bag is slow in a certain row • The member (preferably a woman) closest to the family room (glass window in Worship Center) will pass offering bag in this room • Bring bags back to Guest Experience Room and at least two (2) members (including the Team Captain) stay to put gifts into their respective envelope • Envelopes go into safe at 9:15 service. This includes leader in Commons walking over to safe in Worship Center • Envelopes are walked to office during 11:00 service by the same two (2) members • The Team Captain does a count of attended guests from upstairs loft after delivering envelope BENOVELENT (1st Sunday of Each Month) • Six (6) members stand by each door with offering bags after Service. In the Worship Center, two (2) at the main entrance and one (1) at each side entrance. In the Commons, two (2) at the main entrance • Gifts are put into “Benevolent” envelope by at least two (2) members (including the Team Captain) and then the safe

VALET PARKING • Open doors for those entering the building with a warm friendly smile • Assist special needs and elderly in and out of the building • Park and retrieve cars before and after service putting keys in lock box COMMUNION (1st Sunday of Each Month) • All members stand in back during scheduled time before being called by Service Host and prayer Worship Center Flow: • Members (#1-5) will walk down in unison and get trays from Table 1 and 2 • Member #3 walk down the same aisle as #4 and #9. • Member #1 will grab 1 tray from Table 1 • Member #2 will grab 2 trays from Table 1 • Member #3 will grab 2 trays from Table 2 • Member #4 will grab 2 tray from Table2 (9:15 1 Tray) • Member #5 will grab 1 tray from Table 2 (9:15 no Tray) OCCASIONAL • Members will be asked to pass out or collect materials during the service or as people leave
